Installation problem

Hello, i have a problem installing Zbrush

When i start up the setup of it, it inmediately says:

error creating process<command.com \c
C:\users***\Appdata\Local\Temp\IX000.TMP\w.bat>. Reason:
The system cannot find the file specified.

well i checked it but the W.bat is just in the map where it should be…
Can someone help me with this problem? Becouse i rly want to learn how this program works.

Where did you download ZBrush from?

Already fixed the problem at first i downloaded it from XXXXXXX becouse at first, the website didn’t send me the trial period (but after 10 min it did)
and after installing that it worked well

I strongly recommend running a virus scan. Any time you download pirated copies of software you are opening yourself up for infection.
