Inserting 3DPlane in specific XYZ space??

Hello and thank you for your time,

I created a plane in an external 3D program in a specific XYZ coordinate space. I can only export it out with the mesh in triangles, not quads.
I can import this plane into Zbrush, but I would rather not work on a plane composed of triangles.

Is there a way in Zbrush to replace or insert a new 3Dplane composed of quads and have it placed in the exact coordinate space as the triangulated plane?

As far as I know, it’s going to come in at 0,0,0. ZBrush has a 3D plane. Deformation panel can be used to move it or the transpose line.
