Plugins > Auto Update

Should say 4R4 P2 In upper left side.

4R4 is the version of ZBrush that you download from Cleverbridge or our website. However, there have been two patches released since.

Please see http://www.zbrushcentral.com/showthread.php?170338-Questions-amp-Troubleshooting-for-ZBrush-4R4-Update-2 for info on how to download and install the patch. That will bring you to the correct version to be able to make use of these various brushes.

Thanks!

I swear I’ve tried the auto update. I’ll try again tonight! thx.

These are just terrific, i especially liked the bike chain, sprockets and laces. Thank you all very much for these…now I should see what I can contribute.

These Insert Multi Meshes are Amazing !
Many of the IMM’s created in earlier versions than my Zbrush 4R4 do not work.
Yet the attached preview are superb examples of what can be done !
Here is my first IMM for anyone to try and or improve upon …

Trying to make braids lately, i found this by TheEZhexagon : http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VvOqUr4Msu4
Unfortunately it’s a bit buggy and it works only with Zb4R2.

So… This is my version for Zb4R4

Any chance of a welding brush for armored vehicles ? Zimmerrit patterns

thanks man!

I’ve got a few more things planned including new brushes, alpha maps and tutorials that I need to finish first but I can certainly add it to my list

And how’s this for a “crude welding seam” IM brush?weldbeads.jpgIMM Weldseam.zip (135 KB)

That would be a rather good weld actually and its a VERY good brush!

EDIT: And I forgot I’m not supposed to respond in here. Hi Aurick! Sorry about that.

Thats a good step in the right direction and thank you for posting this, i’ll give it a try out.

What I currently do is make my vehicles in 3ds max and then bring them into Zbrush, but its quite difficult due to having to boost the polygon so high to get good welds seams. I’m aware of dynamesh retopo but it changes the siloutttes too much when reprojecting back to match up with the low poly for xnormal bakes.

Here are a couple examples of weld seams from a Elefant spat to give a picture of what im after.

thank you once again and happy thanksgiving.
