Inner zbrush chain making fold

Hi dear experts.
My question regards again building inner canals inside outer in zspered model.
I go on pretty successfully but for the some problems.
One such is the formation of a fold in the skinned zsphered model, if the inner canal is built like the extention of the outer.
In my picture A shows the end of the external chain if it remains so with the resulting mesh on our right.
In B the thinner part is directed inwards, making canal- inside- canal structure.
D shows the opening enlaged. There you can see the fold, formed by the
touching walls of the inner canal at the site of the chain bending.

Can I prevent this fold some way?

Always very thankful,
Anatom:lol:

Same problem with the final mesh in transparent mode to show the inner canal.
The fold causes the narrowing of the inner part of the mesh, shown by the arrow. Can I obviate this some way?

I feel the zspheres may not fit to be applied this way. But I am so enchanted
by zbrush and the zspheres.

In the second example, it looks like you have a twisted ZSphere. Try rotating it to see if that fixes the problem with the mesh.

In the first example, I would suggest not trying to get all of your detail with ZSphere placement alone. Instead, use ZSpheres to get the mesh definition that you need, then sculpt the preview mesh to place the points exactly where you want them.

Thanks, dear friend.

No, the fold seems to result naturally from the zsphere chain kinking into the outer part, definitely not because of twist. I have been vastly practicing all kinda moves and all but the fold (or rather “narrowing”) remained put.
I also tried to part the walls, touching at the place of the fold, mostly in Zbrush 2, but the walls seemed to be glued tightly one to the other. No editing variant could unfold that part of the inner tube.

Other progs may tackle it but I am not good with those.
If I knew the writing programming for those dots, which form the fold, I might be able to get the walls apart.

In future, the zsphere may be planned also for the inner structures
with
functions to control that folding. Such posibility would be handy to form baby-in-mother type of construction without need unite together separate meshes later as tiresome work.
