Individual polygons are flipping in the UV layout

Hi, I’m having a rather significant UV problem. After I sculpted my character I took it into 3ds Max 2010 to unwrap the UVs. When I re-import the unwrapped model into my ZTool the UVs break. It’s like each individual polygon is flipped or rotated or something.

How do I get it to not do this?
