Not the first time this has been asked; but not recently.
But can the font size in ZBrush be increased at all? Whether that is via (an unknown) setting or custom UI?
Don’t make me ask for the large print ZBrush version.

You’re looking for Preferences > Interface > Ui > Button Size. You will need to restart the program to see changes take effect.
Note this increases the size of all the interface elements. Increasing the size of the font independently of the buttons would be likely to cause display issues.
