Incorrect Displacement Map

I wanted to sculpt details for a shirt. The basemesh comes from Maya and everything looks correct. But when i create the Displacement Map inside Zbrush, i get a strange effect:

You can see that there are something like holes in the displacement. I cannot see why this happens and have no idea how to get rid of that.

How can i solve this?

Try Flip V button in the displacement options.
Look for some messed up UVs… !?

I don’t think the UV’s are messed up, because the texture looks all fine and when i look at it its all correct too. Fliping V makes no difference anyway, the problem is not after exporting the dispacement, it’s already there in Zbrush as shown in the image. I’ve even checked the normals and there is no problem at all.
