Impossible to import images into zbrush ( jpg, bmp, tiff tried) !

Mac book 2.4 Ghz, 2 GB Ram, Zbrush 3.12

Hello everybody

I have been trying to do what this guys is doing on this tutorial

But for me it has been imposible to import the picture on the background as this guys has done , i tried with different picture formats, but it doesn’t work

At the beginnig when presing import it doesn’t recognized jpg files,
I tried with a TIFF file after that, and It recognizes the file but when clicking on it to import it comes a sign that says error encountered while loading a file. Same thing with bmp, and with other pictures .

What to do?

This is a known issue. For now you should use PSD.
