importing Pre -existing textures

I have a few characters that I am updating in zbrush that where modeled in Maya and where UV’ed and projection mapped.

So my textures for the full body’s are already done and I want to bring them into zBrush and apply them to each model so they can be detailed further.

But I can’t find out how to do this.

I thank you in advance for your time.

texture>import

tool>texture>apply texture

You’re probably going to have to flip your textures Vertically so you can see them properly in Zbrush.
Texture>flip V

or just flip it in another application.

Thanks for the info.

Here is what I did,

I selected the object I wanted to apply the texture to from the subtool menu,

then on the tool bar I went to Texture/Import and imported the map.

Then under the Tool menu I went to Texture Map.

I don’t have a cmd button that says apply map. ??

Please advise

Hi guys thanks between the two of you I got it to work!!

A bit convoluted but , ok.

Would be better if GoZ handled the textures at the same time.

Feels just like the FBX solution in Maya
