Importing .mtl

We use a NextEngine 3d scanner that creates .MTL’s to go along with it’s OBJ’s. How can I get ZBrush to use that .MTL on the corresponding .OBJ?

In Preferences > Importexport, enable ‘Import Mat As Groups’. Each assigned material will be given it’s own polygroup.
