Rhino might be doing that because you’re having it go from its native nurbs surface straight into an OBJ or STL.
Try first converting (not exporting) it into a mesh by finding the MESH menu and select “From NURBS Object”. Do this on a duplicated copy perhaps.
The simplified view of the resulting dialog box will let you increase or decrease polygons. With the object turned into a polygon mesh, File > Export that as your OBJ or STL
Troubleshooting questions like this should probably be posted in the appropriate forum:

When you export stl’s from Rhino, you should get a popup with Polygon Mesh Detailed Option:
The image shows my go to settings that generally give me a good base to start working on in Zbrush.
Hi thanks. Tried that but still the same ?
Any ideas ?
After you import into Zbrush have you tried dynameshing it?
