In Zbrush4, when I click on the’'import" button (either one) or the “load tool” button, I get the message “File saved to disk successfully” at the top and then Zbrush4 freezes up. I have completely uninstalled and reinstalled the software and still have the problem. I have been able to use all other features of Zbrush4 up to this point.
Has anyone else had this issue? Any solutions or suggestions?
Update - I can’t do any opening of files, importing, exporting, saving, etc. I can work within Zbrush but can’t bring anything in or send anything out. Zb freezes up on me everytime.
