Import in Z!!

hello all, I am new to the forum and not long ago I started with zbrush, I have a serious problem when import and export my model in z, my model is already well mapped, but have some faces of more than 4 sides and some triangles. My question is, can I work with z and then export only the displacement map and bump my model in another program? (and so I forget the changes in the topology that makes zbrush) Or i have to export the sculpted model in z for using the displacement map and the bump…
