Import from maya creates 2 Tiles?

Whenever I import an obj file from Maya in Zbrush > Multi-Displacement 3 Tools > Get Mesh Info displays 2 tiles. One tile has the majority of the polygons but the 2nd tile has a low amount like 2 or 6 polys. Why would this occur / how do I prevent it?

That would be the UV mapping. When the mapping is being laid out in Maya, not all the UV’s are falling within the 0,0 to 1,1 range. Those outside that area are treated as another tile. To fix it, you’re going to need to look at how you’re mapping the model in Maya.
