I have Zbrush 3.1 on a Vista 32-bit system.
I have been happily and merrily using Zbrush for several months now. Until today!
My Import/Export button for 3D mesh does NOTHING when I press it. My import/export for textures does NOTHING when I press it! I restarted the program! I closed all my application, I restarted my system! Oh no!
I screamed.
Help me!
Have you made any changes to ZBrush since the last time it worked? For example, have you made modifications to the Zdata folder? Have you installed any plugins?
If you haven’t changed anything, then run a complete system scan for viruses and spyware. You’ll then need to deactivate ZBrush (Zplugin>License>Deactivate License), uninstall it, delete its folder, then reinstall. Once that has been done you’ll get a message that a problem has been detected with your license. ZBrush will give you an authorization request code. Submit a ticket at http://support.pixologic.com and include that request code.
