IMM rotate 90 degrees?

Hey Guys once an IMM is created can you go back and edit it? I want to rotate all the meshes in the IMM 90 degrees. All of my IMM meshes are perpendicular instead if parallel. Also going back into the original tool, rotating the meshes and re-creating it is not working.

How can I rotate these multi-meshes

It takes a few seconds, but go down to the deformation panel, select the axis you want to rotate along, and then apply the same setting to each of your subtools.
