ImagePlaneX

Hello

It seems to be a error on Zbrush on Mac OSX. Im trying to follow up a tutorial from a boom i bought a few days ago.
Everything works fine untill i get to the step import the texture…

Each time i import the texture ImagePlaneX.psd to the ImagePlaneX tool the Front/Side Image never shows up.

I have tried going through same tutorial through:
Zbrush Tutorial:
http://www.pixologic.com/docs/index.php/Sculpting_A_Skull_With_Image_Planes#Setup_The_Image_Plane

The Book: Introduction to Zbrush by Eric Keller

The Gnomon Tutorial: http://www.thegnomonworkshop.com/store/products/tutorials/rki_series03/

Can anyome help me…? I have followed each step very closely and im so sure that its not me doing wrong it has to be some setting that i have turned on.

That tutorial was written for 3.1. You apply textures per-SubTool in 3.2 rather than to the whole model. You can download a PDF with the differences between the Mac and 3.1 versions from one of the links in my signature.

It still won’t work, though, because of a temporarily disabled transparency feature in the Mac version. This feature will be brought back in a couple weeks with ZBrush 4.

Hi Thanks for reply.

I found the answer after a 1h or so after i wrote the topic.

Good that it will be back.
