Imageplane X texture question

A little help? I’m trying to set up my imageplane x for modeling a character. I can’t seem to get my texture to fill the imageplane as in the tutorial. The tutorial is here:

http://www.wonderhowto.com/how-to/video/how-to-set-up-image-planes-in-zbrush-3-1-184411/

Can someone advise me on how to get the image to map? I feel like I’m missing one simple step, but can’t figure it out.

Thanks in advance for your help.

Simply fit your image to the template that you can find here: http://www.pixologic.com/docs/index.php/Sculpting_A_Skull_With_Image_Planes

thanks aurick. i have the skull tool loaded, but the “simply fit your image” is where i’m having trouble. i feel a bit dim asking for help on something so simple, i’m still very new to zbrush. can you guide me to more info on how to fit my image over the skull?

thanks - dmpags

Here’s the exact link to the template: http://www.pixologic.com/docs/index.php/Image:ImagePlaneX_default.jpg

Save it. Load it in Photoshop. Put your front and side images onto the appropriate parts of the template. Save it.

Back in ZBrush, load the imageplanex tool. Import your template as a texture and apply it to the imageplanex.

It’s all explained here: http://www.pixologic.com/docs/index.php/Sculpting_A_Skull_With_Image_Planes
