Image Plane?

So in Zbrush I used to be able to do this tutorial:

http://www.pixologic.com/zclassroom/homeroom/tutorial.php?lesson=joseph

But now, I can’t because ImagePlane is gone. The best thing was I could load my polypainted texture, apply my displacement to it, and it would have shadows casted (so it looked like it had depth) and then save it as a texture…

I’m wondering how I can do this in Zbrush 4? It’s hindering me a little bit.

check out Spotlight

The Image Plane plugin for zbrush 3.5 still works for me in zbrush4

Zapplink also works.

yeah… imageplane works in zb4, but not in conjunction with Projection Master… And I also can’t make spotlight work with PM, is there any way to use any of those 2 tools with PM?

having tried for a while with a method i saw in a tutorial (from Kris Kosta IIRC), some problems appear from time to time.

so, I enter Projection Master with (an empty) texture ON, to drop a plane3D with a texture on top of the model, in order for the texture to be applied after I pick my model up. It does work pretty well, but sometimes, when I want to move the vertices pressing EDIT and then MOVE, to adapt the texture to the geometry, these vertices are just NOT available. It simply lets me rotate the plane3D, but can’t edit it. I always use the same procedure and this happens around 40% of the times… do I do something wrong?
