Image clipping problem

I am have trouble with image clipping. I find it very hard to put into words. If a alter a models geometry, sometimes the image clips and I get a trail of the image until I move the camera.

Im sure is a graphics problem.

I am running Zbrush OSX 3.12 on a 2.4 Ghz Intel iMac, 4 GB mem

Any help would be greatly appreciated

I think we all have that but only at low subdivision levels.
