I'm not receiving the zbrush download link. HELP!

Hi everybody,

I’m not sure if I’m in the right place for this guestion, but I hope you can help me out on this one…

Seeing all the cool stuff made with Zbrush makes me want to get started. First I just want to download the 30 day trial, but for some reason I won’t receive the e-mail with the download link. I’ve tried it several times, but still no mail…

I’ve also tried to send it to other e-mail adresses (All hotmail), but that doesn’t work either. (Yes I’ve checked the SPAM folders too)

Is there any other way to get to this link? I want to get started! :wink:

ZBC can’t help with this. Please submit a ticket at http://support.pixologic.com. Be sure to include the email addresses that you’ve tried.

This may be an extreamly useless suggestion (its worked for other sorts of download problems from the Zbrush website). It might be something to try while you wait for a response from the trouble ticket you submitted.

  1. Try a different browser - firefox or IE for example

  2. Temporarily turn of your antivirus software while processing your download

Hope that helps, but if not I’m sure it will get sorted out for you by the kind folks at Pixologic.
