I'm new to Zbrush: Please Help Me?

Hi, I am fairly new to Zbrush, I am a animation student teaching myself the program. I am working with Zbrush 3.1 (if that helps with my question)

Of all the tutorials I have read and everything I have searched for I have not come across one thing. My question is…

“I sculpted a bust in Zbrush with zspheres, How would I export this model into 3ds Max keeping the detail and color painted on it?”

Here is an image of my bust for anyone who is curious.

to get the model you have to export out an obj of the model.
to get the polypaint you have to create and unwrap of the model and then create a texture based off of the polypaint.

if you look into the wiki or go to the zclassroom there are tutorials on doing this.
