One of the best ways to achieve great models is to use the move brush to tweak the silhouette. The problem is that you can’t use large draw size because then you affect the polygons that are facing you. Zbrush should have one more auto masking option called silhouette masking. When enabled, silhouette masking would gradually mask everything but the areas facing 90 degrees from the canvas normal. You know, the good old fresnel effect. Obviously the masking would change as you rotated the model.
