I have found a way to apply the Zbrush Materials to the texture on Zapplink for Zbrush.
We need a Zbrush App that makes a screen cap of all the pixels that are on the palet and apply the pixels as color onto the texture
You can do that on Zapplink like
You have a texture UAV Tiles and you have Paint Materials on your model.
Zapplink your model to photoshop. Merge the shad layer onto the masking layer and say preserve mask and make a new layer and rename it to the layer you merge and make it hardlight and not normal light, save and go to Zbrush say yes to all edits and
select the materials only paint tab and paint a layer of flat color on your palet and pick up your pixels on materials and color map
The materials are now a texture and not a Zbrush material.
It works for all, You have to make a Zbrush App that auto screen the pixels on screen and apply to the color palet
The Zapplink way to apply materials as a texture is a ****ing bitch. no offenc we need a app
