I seem to be missing something

I’ve lost all my sub palettes on my tools menu. Nothing I’ve tried will fix this. I’ve even gone so far as to un-install and re-install the program. I’ve submitted a help ticket to tech support but was curious if maybe anyone else has had this happen.

What happens when you select a 3D primative tool and draw it on the canvas and turn Edit on?
