I purchased a license for zBrush2 a long time ago

I purchased a license for zBrush2 a long time ago, but the machine it was on unfortunately died and took everything (including my registration information) with it.

Is there any way to get a new version of zBrush or communicate with someone at support about the status of my account? My emails to the support address have gone unanswered for several weeks.
