I not finding decimation master in plugins pls help ,

If you mean you don’t know where to download the plugin then go to the Download Center (link in my signature).
If you mean you can’t find the plugin after installing it then look in the Plugins palette - there will be a submenu ‘Decimation Master’. If it isn’t there then you haven’t installed the plugin correctly. The most likely reason is that your unzipping program creted an extra folder. Move the DecimationMaster.zsc file and the DecimationMasterData folder into the ZBrush3\ZStartup\ZPlugs folder.
