Most posts with comments aren’t really anything…a bunch of nice work, yada yada… the posts where someone is asking for critique are the ones where you will see posts where people are critiquing.
If you want advice on what to improve on you’ll need to give more information, like what you want to achieve. Are you planning to be a character artist, environment, etc. From your site I’ll gather character artist.
So with that, you need to study your basic facial forms more. It looks like you’re sculpting from memory more than from reference. Your bat dude is decent, but you’re missing actual webbing in the wings. Your anatomy on the leg doesn’t match any actual dog legged animal, you have 2 knee joints from the looks of it and your calf muscles are at a joint. Some of your forearm muscles are twisted too far. Your cut at the hip is far too strong.
Your Anatomy study is decent, but the same problems from your bat guy are here as well…they might actually be the same mesh just re purposed for the bat guy. The pose is awkward and unnatural. Your feet are too small. He has a huge ass.
There, now after all that critique, you’re actually not bad, you just have some stuff to learn yet. You’re off to a better start than most. As for renders, not everyone renders in Zbrush, and those that do composite the hell out of their renders in post.
Your presentation leaves something to be desired in my opinion. Your bat guy has his ear getting cut off, you crowd your edges on every image.
Eh, my 2 cents, anyway, keep it up.
