where can i go inside ZBrush 3.1 to get a screen grab of the serial number? they need either that or a pic of the back of the box, but i’m not able to get a clear enough pic. thanks a lot guys!
There is no way to view the serial number from within ZBrush.
Send them your confirmation email from Cleverbridge. That’s the one that has your order reference number and your serial number. If you no longer have that email, submit a ticket at http://support.pixologic.com so that a copy of it can be resent to you.
