I haven't recieved my 3.5 download email yet, Did they postpone ?

Hi.

I haven’t received my email to the 3.5 down load link yet. I just created an account this week, and newly purchased Zbrush as well, and it is active as far as i can tell. I can log in to the support and read the knowledgebase articles.

Have they postponed the Emails due to the bug? Anyone else received an email for 3.5 since Friday?

Im dieing to give the new features a try!

Received mine late last night (after midnight.) Allegedly not-so-Cleverbridge will be sending out through the weekend. If you don’t see anything body Monday morning, you should probably get in touch with Pix via support ticket.

Actually, they did say that if you had not received and upgrade link by end of business yesterday, to make a support ticket. Pixologic said that they would be working through the weekend to answer support tickets on the matter.

What Aurick said last night:

Cleverbridge IS still sending links out. They will keep going until all have been sent. That includes during the weekend.

I don’t know what order they’re going in either. :slight_smile: Just that they ARE going!

People were still getting emails as of this morning (US Pacific time.) I haven’t seen a notice that all the emails have left not-so-Cleverbridge. :wink:
