How did you learn anatomy specially by books

Not specifically answering your question, there’s a good book on scultping/learning anatomy while sculpting it in ZBrush. Can remember what it’s called, but it’s something like. Digital Sculpting Human Anatomy.
The book Gordon Robb is referring to is ZBrush Digital Sculpting Human Anatomy by Scott Spencer with Eric Keller & Paul Gaboury.
