ZBrushCentral

I have a few questions....

The first one is this:
Is there a snap to grid in Zbrush? and if not… um… is there something that will allow precise object placement?

The next one is weird…
using Zspheres to make a model I ran into what seems to be a resolution issue, basically I was making tiny little details at the end of a tail and the Zspheres them selves were smaller than the polygons they created and all the detail I had made turned to mush…
I honestly don’t know how to explain it better…
I guess the question is can Zspheres resolution be adjusted?

The next one is even weirder… but hopefully simple…
When I try to import new texture files nothing happens, like nothing at all…
Its possible I’m doing it wrong (likely even) so… Where would I find documentation about making a new texture/material?

And finely this one:
When I import brushes how do I get them to stay the next time I open Zbrush?

I’m new to zbrush aswell but as far as I understand things if you put new brushes and material in to the apropriate folders in \Pixologic\ZBrush\ZStartup they will show up in zbrush when atarted
there is no snap to grid though you can use the Transform Menu to place things

I haven’t messed around to much with zspheres but again my understanding of them is they are for a rough shape to get started not for getting every little tiny detail

again I’m new to zbrush so I could be totally wrong about all this but the bits Iv’e read and videoes Iv’e watched lead me to this understand

I tried the transform stuff and the brush thing, no luck with either…
The Zsphere issue is rather annoying… but I’m sure there is a way around it.

Anyhow, thanks again and I will keep digging.
