I tried upgrading to 6 but when activating…it tried to install 5. I never upgraded to r5.I assume I’m going to have to subscribe to the troubleshooting activation forum to post a new thread.I’ve never understood why we have to resubscribe to other sub forums to post.Obviously I’ve been away for some time but what like to know how to proceed to the latest upgrade while having an earlier version of ZB.I did get some form of an error when trying to upgrade to 4r5 which from their I would hopefully proceed to 6.
