I has a problem with 3d printer export plug in for z4.

I has been try export my model into 3d printer. Scale seem wrong. I’ve put 1cm depth with 4 cm height. Shapeways email me that it’s too big. It showed 480cm height and 100cm depth. I’ve try 0.01 cm depth, 0.04 cm height. In shapeways, it’s showed 34cm for height.

What I did wrong?

If you have SubTools, check first the All SubTools option or the scale will be based on the selected SubTool.
Then don’t forget to do an update size ratio before defining the size (according to the good units).

I just redo everything, check SubTools, how can I check model scales?

because I did updated size ratio after that, I set 70 mm height,

I got this.

"Unfortunately, we were not able to process and thus print your product. The error message was:
Your object has not the correct size.

The size is 5694.77 x 7870.42 x 1011.29 cm / 2242.03 x 3098.59 x 398.14 inch.
We can only produce designs from 0.25 x 0.25 x 0.25 cm / 0.098 x 0.098 x 0.098 inch up to 70.00 x 38.00 x 58.00 cm / 27.56 x 14.96 x 22.83 inch (h x w x d).
Please rescale it. "

so how can I fixed it? which SubTools u mean, SubTools Master? or Zbrush’s SubTools?

EDIT
which best export I should use? I just use *.WRL
