Akura, I can’t see the picture from the link you posted without logging in to the site, so I can’t determine if you are trying to bring in an character to animate or a prop. In either case you would export your model from zbrush as an obj file.
For animating a character the process isn’t simple to explain since you have to create an armature/bone hierarchy in order to animate in poser (or any other software package, for that matter). Here is a link to a tutorial that may be helpful that explains a process that is Poser specific:
