I get a strange line when creating texture map from polypaint

Hello,

I have polypainted the model of a female head I’m working on. And everything looks great. But when I try to get a texture map using mapexporter or the texture map option, I get a line out of nowhere that ruins it. Actually, I get that line also on the Normal map.

Does anyone know why this happens? What am I doing wrong, or not doing?

This is what I get.

One think that might be noteworthy: I created the model in Blender, and exported it as a .obj with a UV already in place. Maybe there is a problem with the original UV? I tried calculating it with ZBrush, and the line seemed to disappear. But of course, now I need to export the head as a new .obj so that the UV can be matched in Blender.
