I am trying to upgrade to ZBrush 2021.6.4 but unable to…I receive this error message. Never had problems in the past when upgrading. I am currently on version 2021.6.2. Can someone offer some help please. Thanks!!!
This is because you are running the full installer when there is already a folder called “ZBrush 2021” in the Applications folder. If you uninstalled the previous install of ZBrush 2021 you need to delete (or rename) that folder, as the uninstaller doesn’t remove it.
