How would I sculpt the insided of a pipe?

How would I sculpt the inside of a pipe?

For instance, a conduit or corridor. I understand that I can hide parts of the mesh, in order to see what I’m doing.

But how do I make a Cylinder ztool with a sculptable outer AND inner surface?

Not sure if this is what you mean.

  1. Draw Cylinder on canvas.
  2. Turn on Edit.
  3. Go to “Tool > Initialize” and use Inner Radius.
