how to use normal maps from zb in blender?

hi

i wonder how do you use your normal maps that you export from zb4 in blender 2.58? do you have to flip the normal map in rgb in zbrush? i connect the normal map in blender under textures and make it to effect the normal value to 1. But it doesnt look right when rendering?

All maps have to be flipped vertically in ZBrush before exporting them.

yes, i tried to flip the normal map in V direction in Blender, but in the settings for normal map in Zbrush you can choose to flip the normal map in R G and B. Do i have to do that too? Cause fliping the map in V direction doesnt help.

I’ve seen a few people suggest flipping the Green Channel in the Normal Map submenu. Regardless, maps have to be flipped vertically before exporting out of ZBrush.
