How to update Zbrush Ztool with new typology done in Maya?

I have a Zbrush model that was modeled in Maya and bought into Zbrush which now has 6 Subdivisions.

Is it possible to add some minor changes to the actual mesh in Maya and update the Zbrush model? I needed to fill holes.

check out Retopology. It can be done with either a mesh you edit in Maya or one that you edit in Zbrush.

Also check out the GoZ link at the top. I’m not sure if it is actually released yet though.
