How To Tweak Texture Already Painted On Mesh

Hi all

I need to tweak a part of my texture on my model without altering the polygons.
When I use move, standard, snakehook etc. tool, I have only Mrgb on, zAdd off, but it still moves the topology as well.

I’ve tried various tools on Projection master dropping the mesh on canvas, tweaking, then picking up, but it’s messy and blurs all texture to ingognito.

How can I tweak only the texture map straight on the mesh with normal brushes
, w/o having to go to manipulate UV-map separately.

is that a texture or polypaint?

You should be using spotlight for what you want to do most likely.
