how to tranfer a good sculpted object to cinema 4d as good as it is

hello everybody and thanks for everyone who tries to help other people,

i have a problem which i tried so hard to resolve

when i design a human character in zbrush and want to transfer it to cinema 4d i get the object without all my editing work
in another word, i sculpt and do everything to design a wonderful face, and i change the geometry level on level one, then export it as an object after making the color texture and the normal map texture, but when i import that object into cinema 4d, everything i did “sculpting, using brushes…etc” is gone.
and it doesn’t show anything, the only way to export the face as it is sculpted and designed in zbrush is to export it on the highest geometry level as i was sculpting it and it doesn’t also show the face as good as it is in zbrush and it takes too much to be loaded as well as so many polygons…which is very bad when there are many other objects in cinema 4d

i use pc and there is only gozbrush for mac
how can i transfer my work from zbrush to cinema 4d without losing the resolution?
