How to start sculting after set up plain image

Hi !
I am a new guy of Zbrush, i try to learn this powerful software, but i got stuck, after i set up the image plain (with pictures side and front) then which tool I start to sculting, any video show me how to sep up my tool and start the job, thanks.

After set up palin image, i still cannot start sculpting, when i click the objects, the screen say : press the polymesh3d, and i click on that, then the object i set up with plain image was lost, what happen ? please i realy need your help in this point. Thanks.
