How to set a pivot to the floor?

Hi, I’m trying to export my model into 3Ds Max using regular export button to avoid GoZ bugs, so when I import it in 3Ds Max, the model is extremely tiny and it’s below the floor. I figured out that I have to set an export scale to around 25 to work around that bug, but the pivot point of the model remains above it in Zbrush which places it under the floor in 3Ds Max. And it seems like there is no way to change it without repositioning the model itself. Is it right and what’s the best way to work with 3Ds Max then if ZBrush is still that bugged.
