How to sculpt a portrait with right proportions that the original picture have?

Hello,

i want to sculpt a portrait of a girl. Marion Cotillard.

How to sculpt a portrait I know now really well, its not a problem. The problem is explained in the pipeline.

1.) Gathering reference
2.) sculpt
3.) Finish portrait.
4.) Big Problem, because I want to place the final sculpt exactly to this picture of her https://i.pinimg.com/736x/07/39/ac/0739ac6859fe8c4d78f7afcda8f4520e--marion-cotillard-hair-thin-hair.jpg

BUT, whatever I do I don’t get the job done. If I move my finish portrait to the right place where the sculpt looks like the picture, the mandible is bigger, when I move this and this, the eyes are wider, when I move something I destroy the final anatomy of my portrait, only because I want, that the final sculpt look like this picture. I tried it with perspective in every number, still always something is bigger than other things. Im getting crazy, because when I do the transparency in zbrush and lay the Marion cortillard picture behind zbrush and try to move my final sculpt to the original picture, it doesn’t work ;(
