How to rotate an Alpha?

Hi,
i have a little Porblem… i made some strokes on the canvas the grabbed that thing as Alpha and use it now to detailing my 3d Model… everything works fine(Scale, move) for that brush… but some how i cannot rotate it.?
Is there a Trick?

While an alpha cannot be rotated, there is an easy workaround. click here

if i remember correctly (been a while since I have played with this) you can turn your alpha into a stencil then you can rotate at will in PM.

I believe there are 3 tutes on this…one of which is in the front page right now of the script forum.

you can rotate an alpha actually but only in 45 degree angles I think…the rotate button is in the alpha menu and is also available for textures too. although if you want more precise rotation then see Aurick’s and the tutes mentioned above for more info on that.

I wish I could hold more links in my sig…could save lots of searching on my end hahahaha and make it easier for you guys to point and click…one of these days I will put together a link page to solve this. sighhhhhhh time? :wink:
