How to restrict ZBrush to right-click-navigation???

Hi there,

since my first contact with ZBrush I quite got used to the very uncommon Zbrush interface and in parts i really got to love some conventions of it. But one thing that annoys me all the time is ***8211; just an example ***8211; if I want to use the focal shift areas of the move brush like I would do in Photoshop’s liquify-filter to only partially affect the brushed mesh-areas.

But all the time I click outside the mesh (=tool) in Zbrush, it rotates the view! This is a big PITA! Is there any way to restrict the viewport-navigation to just the right-click-navigation (rc rotates; ctrl-rc zooms; alt-rc pans) and get rid of that damn legacy-style thing (left-click outside mesh rotates; alt-left-click pans; alt-left-click-release-drag zooms)?

That would be a big help for me and I appreciate any hints from you. Thanks very much in advance.

Preferences>Interface. A setting in there to allow right click navigation.

Thanks, but I know. I do not want to enable right click navigation (that’s a default for some versions now), I just want to get rid of all the old and annoying 3D-navigation conventions of Zbrush.
