how to reset coordinates to zero after deformation is applied

Hi Guys,

When a deformation is applied, say an object is offset, and then I want to apply another deformation, say resize, the object resizes and moves as if its center was still where it was before it was offset. Is there a way to reset the coordinates of the object so that each deformation is applied to the object “fresh”, as if its center for deformation was the actual center of the visible object?

In the case you mention you could use local symmetry, set pivot point, do the deformation and then clear pivot point.
