How to remove these turn points to get a better mesh

when i import the mesh in max it leaves a tiny bump there anyway to remove these

You are working with quads (inherently squarish) in a rounded bit of mesh, at some point it has to go from square to round. In theory you could retopologize it by hand or by using the Topology Brush, but Im not sure what you are working with there so, are other parts hidden?

nothing else is hidden, only this one surface, all i needs is the small bumps gone but its a tough thing
