How to punch a hole and create a shell?

Hi guys,

I could have sworn there was a feature in ZBrush where you could use a multi mesh insert brush to create hole in an object and then it would make a shell out of that object. (Think: Punching a hole in an egg and setting the inner and outer shell).

How would I go about this? What’s the feature called?

pretty sure it is called “create shell” :stuck_out_tongue: It is in the dynamesh options.
